Edesma is the brainchild of Vassilis Triantopoulos and his brother George, who grew up in Athens, Greece.

Vassilis began his culinary career in

New York City & the International Culinary Center while George honed skills at the prestigious Le Monde Culinary Academy in Athens.

After culinary school, George quickly made a name for himself working in some of Athens top restaurants. However George's talent passed the Greek Boarders and even Europe's. While in Holland and the city of Rotterdam he established himself as one of the top Greek Chefs & finally made his way to NYC.

For over 2 Decades the brothers had careers in the same industry but never together. They finally joined forces. Together, they bring their combined expertise to provide you with the ultimate Greek dining experience through truly traditional dishes at Edesma
